Article XII – Dissolution
In the event of dissolution of this church as a nonprofit organization, the assets of the organization shall be given and paid over to a nonprofit organization of like faith and order as outlined in the Articles of Faith of this constitution which would satisfy the remaining membership and qualify under the provisions of Section 505 (c) (3) of the 1996 Internal Revenue Code and it’s regulations. None of its assets shall be divided among its members, individuals, or any groups not holding tax exemption.
